nRole Overview
nThe Talent Acquisition Executive will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers — for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening,



interviewing, and offer negotiationn
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategiesn
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, social media, and networkingn
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess fitn
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panelsn
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data and pipeline statusn
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsn
- Negotiate salary and close offers in line with company compensation guidelinesn
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processn
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report to HR leadershipn
