nWhat You’ll Do:




nHandle customer queries via calls, emails, and tickets
nPerform initial troubleshooting & issue resolution
nLog and manage incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
nEnsure timely updates, follow-ups, and proper documentation
nEscalate complex issues to higher support levels
nDeliver high customer satisfaction

nStrong communication skills
nBasic IT troubleshooting knowledge
nWillingness to work in rotational shifts
