nOur experience centre uses immersive technologies including 1:1 Projection, Walk the Plan, VR and AR to help customers visualize their spaces, validate designs and make informed decisions before investing in construction.
nWe are looking for a B2C Sales Executive who is highly motivated by targets, comfortable speaking with customers and capable of converting enquiries into appointments and bookings.
nKey Responsibilities
nSales & Lead Conversion

- Handle daily outbound calls and follow-ups.n
- Respond to and convert incoming customer enquiries.n
- Follow up with leads received through WhatsApp.n
- Handle website enquiries.n
- Respond to enquiries generated through Instagram and Facebook.n
- Follow up on Google-generated enquiries.n




- Handle walk-in enquiries at the experience centre.n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.n
- Explain pricing, packages and service offerings clearly.n
- Convert qualified prospects into bookings.n
- Maintain consistent follow-up until the lead reaches a defined outcome.n

nClient Meetings & Presentations

- n
- Conduct client presentations.n
- Conduct experience-centre/studio presentations.n
- Attend site visits when required.n
- Meet architects and interior designers associated with customer projects.n
- Attend builder and property developer meetings when required.n
- Present Dream Space Hub's solutions in a clear and compelling manner.n
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the relevant perks of the service.n
