Job Profile:

nWe are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (“TDM”) as a single-threaded owner of Delivery team output in scope. TDM to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and data-driven technology projects. The role will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into execution plans, managing cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered within defined timelines, quality, scope, and budgets.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects related to AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, model training, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and AI data projects.n
- Define project plans, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery priorities.n
- Manage cross-functional teams across Data Science, ML Engineering, Data Engineering, AI Operations, Annotation, Training, Quality Check and Quality Audit, and Product/Engineering.n
- Work with technical stakeholders to understand requirements, identify dependencies, resolve issues, and drive execution.n




- Monitor project timelines, quality, productivity, capacity, utilization, SLAs, and delivery metrics.n
- Manage project risks, escalations, change requests, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.n
- Drive regular governance reviews and communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and clients.n
- Ensure effective coordination between technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.n
- Support multiple projects/programs simultaneously and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.n
- Manage project financials including revenue, margins, budgets, resource costs, utilization, and profitability.n
