We are looking for a QA Lead to own and drive quality across Ai Sensy's backend, APIs, automation, and performance layers.
You will be responsible for designing QA strategy, building robust automation frameworks, validating complex business logic and data flows, testing microservices and distributed systems, and ensuring reliable releases at scale.




This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Backend Testing, API Testing & Automation, Performance Testing, and up-to-date automation frameworks, along with the ability to identify quality risks and drive engineering teams toward higher quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
QA Strategy & Leadership
Own QA strategy, test planning, execution, and release quality across the product. Define testing standards, processes, automation strategy, and quality metrics. Identify test gaps, quality risks, and areas requiring better test coverage. Drive release readiness and provide QA sign-off based on risk and coverage. Mentor QA engineers and promote strong testing practices across engineering teams. Backend & API Testing
Perform deep backend testing covering business logic, workflows, integrations, and data validation. Design and execute comprehensive API testing and automation for REST-based services. Validate API contracts, authentication, authorization,
