Key Responsibilities:
nProduct Execution (60%):

- Collaborate with the product manager to understand the product strategy and visionn
- Understand the features being brought into an increment cycle which will have an impact on the product squadn
- Socialize the impacted features with the product squadn
- Work with the product squad squads to write the user stories with transparent and concise acceptance criterian
- Actively engage in squad demo from the squad members and accept the stories based on the acceptance criteria definedn

nSquad Collaboration (20%):

- n
- Actively participate in all squad ceremonies, including Daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.n
- Facilitate the backlog refinement meeting to collaborate with the squad members on arriving at unambiguous acceptance criteria for the prioritized backlog. Splitting more oversized work items into smaller ones that can be delivered in a Sprintn




- Facilitate the sprint demos and show working software to the stakeholders to receive feedback and incorporate it into the backlog. Coordinate with other Product Owners to align cross-squad efforts and maintain coherence in product development. n
- Participate in the Product Owner community of practice to learn from each others experiencen
- Actively participate, contribute, and facilitate sessions in the Product Owner community of practice to learn from each others experiencen

nStakeholder Engagement (15%):

- Maintain open lines of communication with Product Managers and relevant stakeholders to review feature progressn
- Work closely with stakeholders and Product Managers to contribute to the overarching product vision and strategy with data-driven and evidence-based ideation and iterative solutioning.n

nAgile Advocacy (10%):

- Understand agile practices and promote best practices withing the squad.n
- Champion agile methodologies within the squad, promoting best practices.n
