nWhat Youll Be Doing (position summary):
nAs Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Technology) for CIBC India, you'll lead the strategy to attract, engage, and hire top technology talent in a highly competitive market. You'll guide a team focused on technology infrastructure hiring,



strengthening sourcing capabilities, passive candidate pipelines, and recruitment outcomes for senior and hard-to-fill roles. Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and business partners, you'll shape consistent recruitment practices, elevate our employer brand, and improve hiring performance across India. You'll use market insight, data, and recruitment technology to influence strategy, improve processes, and deliver an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience. You'll also help build a strong team culture that reflects CIBC's values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
