Job Inputs:
Under the supervision of Account Executive, Account Manager, or Direct Supervisor, the Analyst will:

- Review certificates of insurance, policies, endorsements, and related insurance documentation to verify compliance with contractual insurance requirements.n
- Identify compliance deficiencies and communicate required corrections to appropriate stakeholders.n
- Follow up on outstanding and non-compliant items to ensure timely resolution and compliance.n
- Document compliant and non-compliant statuses within agency management systems and maintain accurate audit trails.n
- Interpret contractual insurance requirements and compare them to provided insurance documentation.n
- Research and respond to questions regarding insurance requirements and compliance standards.n
- Collaborate with internal service teams to troubleshoot compliance issues and develop practical solutions.n
- Maintain detailed notes and supporting documentation for all compliance reviews and communications.n




- Manage high volumes of compliance reviews while meeting established service standards and deadlines.n
- Assist with system clean-up initiatives, data validation projects, and ongoing process improvement efforts.n
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve compliance workflows and reporting.n
- Support Account Managers, and Account Executives with needs related to compliance and insurance documentation.n
- Escalate complex contractual, coverage, or compliance issues to appropriate leadership as needed.n
- Prepare compliance reports and status updates for stakeholders.n
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.n

nEducation and/or Training:

- n
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.n
- Insurance industry coursework, contract review experience, or compliance-related training preferred.n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Po
