Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to manage sales activities for our Thindlu project, generate business through direct and channel sales, and drive the team towards achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the project.
- Handle direct sales, channel partner sales and lead conversions.
- Generate current leads through referrals, networking, local market activities and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and property consultants.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.




- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, Finance and Project teams for smooth customer conversion.
- Track enquiries, site visits, bookings and collections through regular MIS.
- Monitor local market activity, competitor projects and pricing.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving overall project targets.

Candidate Profile:
- 6 + years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of the residential market will be an advantage.
- Ability to build and manage channel partner relationships.
- Target-oriented, energetic and willing to be actively involved in field sales.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
