Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our brand's presence across social platforms, build and manage strategic influencer partnerships, and drive high-performing marketing campaigns that grow our community of medical students.

Key Responsibilities





Social Media Management and Content
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Create original, platform-native content (posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels) tailored to each channel
- Build and maintain a consistent, well-planned content and posting calendar across all platforms
- Track trends and audience behavior to continuously refine content strategy

Content Production & Editing
- Edit internal social posts and reels using CapCut, Instagram's native editing tools, or similar apps
- Plan and shoot simple, high-quality videos — including founder-led content and interview-style reels — for use across social channels
- Handle light production (framing, lighting basics, audio) for in-house shoots without needing a full production crew
