About the Role
STBG Innovations is looking for experienced and self-driven Real Estate Sales Professionals . The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the East Bangalore and real estate channel partner segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales closing for real estate projects.
- Manage and convert qualified leads provided through company campaigns.
- Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and drive conversions.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Follow a structured, process-oriented sales approach.
- Work independently with robust self-discipline and ownership.

Requirements




- Minimum 6 months+ experience in Real Estate CP firm only.
- Expereince require only East zone bangalore
- Excellent communication, Presentation and negotiations skills
- Preferred only Bangalore candidate

Eligibility criteria
- At least 0.6+ months experience in Real estate sales East Bangalore only (Sarjapura to Whitefield).
- Excellent Communications and Presentations Skills.
- Excellent Market Knowledge
- Requirements 2-Wheleer with valid driving license and Laptop Immediate joiner/ Max 30 days Notice period

Job Location - Whitefield, Sarjapura Road, Bangalore

Compensation details
Salary - 5-9 LPA Per Annum based on Experience
Incentives - 10-30 LPA
