nRole Purpose:
nThe Head – Strategy & Investor Relations will lead long-term strategic planning and manage all investor-facing communication and capital market engagement. Working closely with the Founder and senior leadership, this role will shape business strategy, support capital allocation, strengthen investor relationships, and ensure the company remains market-ready.

- Lead 1–3–5-year strategic planning and growth roadmapsn
- Support the Founder with data-driven strategic insightsn
- Own the investor narrative and equity storyn
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutionsn
- Prepare investor decks, financial models, and periodic updatesn
- Support equity and debt fundraising initiativesn
- Evaluate capex, investments, and return metrics (IRR, ROCE)n
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and market communication standardsn
- Act as a strategic bridge between leadership teams and the Foundern

nRoles require:

- 8–15 years of experience in strategy, investor relations, investment banking, PE/VC, consulting, or senior corporate rolesn
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial analysisn
- Experience with investor interactions or fundraising preferredn
- MBA (IIM/ISB/XLRI) or CA/CFA preferredn
- Sharp strategic think
