nWe've shipped an initial product, have revenue traction, and are now building the growth engine that will take 8loop from early adopters → mainstream adoption.
nWe're looking for our first core sales hire — someone who wants to open doors, build relationships, and create the outbound engine that fuels our growth.
nWhy this role matters
nThis is not a "dial 100 numbers a day" role.
nThis is consultative selling, category education, and pipeline creation at the earliest stage.
nYou will be the first voice prospects hear from 8loop, qualifying leads, educating the market on AI voice agents, and building the foundation of a predictable sales engine.
nWhat you'll do
nBuild & manage outbound pipeline

- Research and identify target accounts in BFSI, healthcare, hospitality, and real estaten
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other toolsn
- Execute multi-channel outreach:



cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messagesn
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to appropriate next stepsn

nRun discovery & qualification

- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand pain points and buying intentn
- Use BANT/MEDDIC frameworks to qualify opportunitiesn
- Hand off qualified leads to founders/AEs with detailed notesn
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline trackingn

nEducate the market

- Articulate 8loop's value proposition clearly across different ICPsn
- Handle objections around AI adoption, automation risks, and ROIn
- Share relevant case studies, demos, and resources with prospectsn

nIterate on outreach strategy

- A/B test messaging, subject lines, and sequencesn
- Share feedback from the field to improve positioning and collateraln
- Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and campaign effectivenessn
