NProfile Summary:
NAtain is looking for a Head – Talent Transformation to manage team of Talent Transformation Team. The position is responsible for the overall quality assurance & Talent Transformations.
NPrimary Job Responsibility:

- Forming strategies pertaining to smooth functioning, development and execution of various tasks for the Talent Transformation team keeping in mind the vision of the organization N
- Establish benchmarks for quality Talent Transformation services and maintain the same N
- Ensure effective implementation of systems and processes for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of the Talent Transformation N
- Plan budgetary projections pertaining to Talent Transformation so as to fulfil the learning needs of the growing organization N




- Help in successful implementation of recent channels of learning and development focusing on both conventional and non-conventional forms of Talent Transformation leading to optimization of the Talent Transformation N
- Leads client presentations and reviews N
- Manages client deliverables specific to Talent Transformation and reviews Talent Transformation performance with existing clients N
- Provides RFP Inputs andcreates solutions to potential businesses N
- Perform periodic assessments of classroom/facilitation skills of direct reports (Trainer Certification, Trainer Feedback Observation & Focus Group Discussions) N
- Works with cross-functional teams to work retention plans thru employee engagement N

nEducation and Essential Experience:

- n
- Graduate in any discipline, with above average academic profile N
- With 5 years – 8 years Talent Transformation experience in BPO or Call Center industry N
- At least 3 years of experience as Senior Talent Transformation Manager N
- Experience of managing a large scale Operations Talent Transformation Department N
