nWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us identify recent business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients and convert qualified opportunities into revenue.
nThis is not a conventional telecalling role. We are looking for someone who is interested in understanding businesses, identifying their marketing challenges and recommending relevant solutions.

- Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries and markets.n
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of qualified prospects.n
- Reach out to business owners, founders, marketing heads and other decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and networking.n
- Understand a prospect's business, current marketing activities, challenges and growth objectives before recommending services.n
- Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations.n
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects.n
- Present relevant agency capabilities, case studies and solutions.n
- Prepare or coordinate proposals, quotations and scopes of work with the internal team.n
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups until an opportunity is closed or qualified out.n
- Negotiate and close suitable business opportunities independently.n
- Work with the founder/strategy team on larger or more strategic opportunities.n
