- Ph.D. in PhysicalEducation / Sports Science. N
- Master's Degree in Physical Education / Sports Science with at least 55% marks. N
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a University Assistant Director / College Director / Associate Professor in Physical Education. N
- Proven track record of organizing tournaments and producing high-performing athletes at Inter-University, State,



or National levels. N
