onboarding potential dealers, managing key customer accounts, and executing sales strategies. The
role focuses on premium footwear and sportswear products, ensuring consistent brand visibility
and revenue achievement. The incumbent will report to the Regional Sales Manager and maintain
a robust dealer network and sales pipeline.
Job Specification:
- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in the sports or footwear industry,
preferably in premium product sales.
- Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or Master's in Sports Management.
- Background: Strong inclination or background in sports is essential.
- Location Flexibility: Must be open to travel across districts and regions within the state.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Manage sales operations across all districts within the assigned state.
- Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard potential dealers and channel partners.
- Drive primary and secondary sales in line with company targets.
- Regularly maintain and update sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting tools.
- Ensure visibility and promotion of premium footwear and sportswear in the region.
