nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to support client servicing, project coordination, and execution tracking across content and SEO-led accounts, primarily within the BFSI sector.
nThe role involves working closely with internal content, SEO, and design teams to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and operational efficiency across ongoing projects and campaigns.

nKey Responsibilities
nClient Servicing & Coordination

- n
- Act as the day-to-day coordination point between clients and internal teamsn
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, approvals, and feedback loops · Prepare MOMs, status updates, and execution trackersn
- Coordinate with content, SEO, and graphic design teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and visual contentn
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ongoing campaign requirements across accountsn

nReporting & Operations

- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and tracker updatesn




- Maintain organized documentation for client communication and project statusn
- Support campaign tracking and execution reportingn
- Ensure smooth coordination across multiple ongoing projects and stakeholdersn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
- n
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination rolesn
- Experience handling content, SEO, or digital marketing projects preferredn
- Basic understanding of content marketing, SEO workflows, and visual content coordinationn
- Preparing report decksn
- Familiarity with BFSI communication ecosystems is preferredn
- Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsn
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneouslyn
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teamsn
