Khubani is hiring full-time performing artists for our high-energy resto-bar, including Bollywood, Commercial/Go-Go, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Belly Dance, Latin, African, Classical, Folk and Freestyle dancers; percussionists, drummers, tabla, dhol, dholak, cajn, bongos, congas, darbuka and handpan artists; guitarists, keyboardists, flautists, Sufi musicians, fire artists and other live entertainment performers.

The role includes regular live performances, guest engagement, themed nights, special events, rehearsals and creating a high-energy entertainment experience for our guests.

Role Description: The Performing Artists Multiple Positions role at Khubani is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in New Delhi. Talent may include musicians, vocalists, dancers, theatrical performers, spoken word artists, and other live entertainers who complement the venues immersive, royal-inspired atmosphere. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering high-quality performances during service hours, collaborating with the events and operations team on show flow, and participating in rehearsals and creative planning sessions. Performing artists are expected to adapt to different themes and event formats, engage guests in a professional and welcoming manner, and maintain consistent performance standards aligned with Khubanis brand. Additional tasks may involve contributing artistic ideas for special events, coordinating with technical staff on sound and lighting requirements, and upholding punctuality, venue etiquette,



and appearance guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in performing arts, such as dance, theatre, live stage performance, or other forms of artistic expression suited to a luxury hospitality environment.
- Skilled-level music abilities, including instrumental performance, vocal performance, or live mixing, with confidence in performing to diverse audiences.
- Creative art and writing skills that support storytelling, character creation, spoken word, or conceptual performance pieces aligned with Khubanis themes.
- Experience or interest in event planning, including collaborating on show schedules, special event concepts, and performance formats for hospitality or entertainment venues.
- Prior performance experience in restaurants, lounges, theaters, clubs, or live event spaces is highly beneficial.
- Excellent stage presence, audience engagement, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the entertainment schedule.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and openness to direction and creative collaboration.
