CLR Consulting is looking for energetic, field-oriented professionals to join our team as Field Associates across Maharashtra.

Position: Field Associate

Location: Maharashtra Multiple Districts

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 03 Years

Education: Graduate preferred

Language: Marathi, Hindi & English Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits and collect accurate ground-level information

Conduct surveys, interviews, and structured data collection

Coordinate with local stakeholders and field teams

Capture and update field data using mobile applications/forms

Verify information collected from the field

Prepare daily activity and field reports

Support research, campaign operations, and constituency-level projects

Identify and report key local issues, trends, and developments

Coordinate with the Zonal/Project Team for daily assignments

Ensure timely completion of assigned field activities

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

Comfortable with extensive fieldwork

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Familiar with local geography and communities

Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications

Good observation and reporting skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented





Able to work independently as well as with a team

Willing to travel within the assigned district/region
