About the Company:

Boxmuse is hiring a Production Supervisor to support the smooth and efficient operation of its manufacturing unit in Bashettihalli, Doddaballapura, Bangalore Rural. The role will contribute to dependable production output, disciplined shop-floor execution, and consistent adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and coordinate workforce deployment across the manufacturing floor.
- Monitor production schedules, output, material usage, and process performance to help meet operational targets.
- Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, quality requirements, workplace safety practices, and housekeeping norms.
- Identify process delays or deviations, resolve routine operational issues, and escalate critical concerns appropriately.




- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, stores, and other internal teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
- Maintain accurate shift records, production reports, and handover communication.
- Guide operators, support training, and promote a productive, accountable shop-floor culture.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in production supervision within a manufacturing workplace.
- Working knowledge of shop-floor operations, production planning, quality control, and industrial safety practices.
- Strong team coordination, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work full time from the Bashettihalli, Doddaballapura facility in Bangalore Rural.
