Role Description The Customer Success Executive role at Dil Foods is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
- Experience in Customer Support and Account Management, preferably in food services, hospitality, or a tech-enabled services environment.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements for partner success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and product.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru and engaging directly with external partners.
