Key HighlightsRole: Sr. Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager – HVAC SalesExperience: 6–10 Years (HVAC / MEP Industry)Location: Delhi NCR / North Zone (Hybrid + Field Client Visits)Brands You'll Represent: Belimo, Daikin (FCU / Cassette / High Wall) & partner brands (ABB, Armstrong, BAC, Howden, Prihoda)What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)? Drive Revenue & Targets: Achieve bottom-line sales targets for Belimo and Daikin product ranges across North India.?️ Consultant Engagement ("Spec-In"): Build strong ties with top MEP Consultants to ensure product specifications are included in key project designs.? Deal Closure: Collaborate with MEP Contractors, General Contractors, and End-Users to negotiate and close commercial deals.? Financial & Market Management:



Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), monitor competitor activities, and deliver strategic revenue forecasts.? Client Advisory: Provide tailored technical solution presentations and maintain long-term customer relationships.? Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 6–10 years in B2B technical sales within HVAC, MEP, or Energy Solutions.Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of HVAC applications, FCU, Cassette, High Wall units, and control valves/actuators.Network: Strong existing relationships with MEP consultants and contractors across the North Zone.Skills: Commercial negotiation, consultative selling, and end-to-end deal cycle management.Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields preferred.?
