The successful candidate will have a significant opportunity to shape processes, introduce best practices, develop the technical team, and drive improvements across the engineering-to-production workflow.What You Will OwnLead the engineering and CNC programming functionImprove the end-to-end workflow from CAD/design → process planning → CNC programming → productionDevelop machining strategies for complex and high-value turbine componentsImprove CNC programming efficiency and reduce programming lead timesIdentify and address engineering and manufacturing bottlenecksEstablish and improve standards, documentation, tooling strategies, and reusable programming methodsWork closely with production to resolve manufacturability, machining, and quality issuesBuild, develop, and mentor the engineering and CNC programming teamIdentify opportunities for automation, advanced manufacturing methods,
