About the roleUnique World Robotics (UWR) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong passion for visual design and branding & Video Editing. The primary responsibility of this role is to create high-quality, engaging graphic content for digital platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities* Design creative content for social media, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns* Create banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials* Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, events, and marketing activities* Create engaging Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and other video content* Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual and video content* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver creative outputs on time* Revise and optimize designs and videos based on feedback* Organize and maintain design assets, project files, and brand resources* Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, social media, and AI toolsKey Requirements* Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator* Proficiency in at least one video editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve,



or similar* Valuable understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, composition, and layout* Creative thinking with strong attention to detail* Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency* Good understanding of social media content formats and trends* Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines* Good communication and teamwork skills* Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications / Added Advantages* Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation* Experience creating Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos* Basic knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and shooting techniques* Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras is an added advantage* Basic understanding of video production and content shooting* Familiarity with AI tools for design, video editing, and content creation* Experience working on social media campaigns or digital marketing projects* Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work, including academic, personal, freelance, or professional projectsWhat We’re Looking ForA creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can work across both static and video content, collaborate with the marketing team, and contribute to creating engaging digital content for our brand.
