As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with deep GoHighLevel experience to join our team and keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll DoCRM Management & Automation Build, optimize, and manage CRM automations and workflows in GoHighLevel Integrate third-party tools and customize CRM features to meet client needs IT Support & Customer Fulfillment Handle customer support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly Assist with new client onboarding and integration calls Ensure client requests are completed quickly and accurately Client Interaction Run integration calls to tailor solutions to each client Provide training and ongoing support on using GoHighLevel effectively Operations & Admin Oversee project timelines, documentation, and other back-office tasks Keep day-to-day operations organized and on schedule What We’re Looking ForProven Virtual Assistant experience with hands-on GoHighLevel expertise Strong automation and CRM process-building skills Excellent communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with real estate wholesaling/investing is a plus Reliable internet connection and a proactive, detail-driven work style Why Join Us100% remote — work from anywhere Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company serving real estate investors Direct exposure to leadership and the ability to see your impact on hundreds of client accounts Rate $5 -$7 USD per hour (remote, contractor position)
