About the Role

Lovely Professional University (LPU) is looking for an experienced Senior Project Management Professional – Civil to lead and oversee large-scale civil construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 19–25 years of strong experience in project management, with proven expertise in project planning, execution, billing, measurement, contractor management, and clearance of project-related bills and documentation.

The role requires a senior professional capable of managing projects from planning and execution through completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, budgets, contractual requirements, and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Management




- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Establish project timelines and monitor progress against approved schedules.
- Identify project dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, architects, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

2. Project Execution & Site Management
- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities across project sites.
- Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and project plans.
- Conduct regular site reviews and assess physical progress.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, equipment, and contractor deployment.
