Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Marketing Manager with 6 to 10 years of

expertise in end-to-end event marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing,

planning, sustaining, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for live entertainment

events and intellectual properties (IPs). The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of

creative strategic thinking, platform mastery (e.G., BookMyShow), digital promotion planning,

client management, and sponsorship deliverable execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Conceptualization & IP Generation

● Brainstorm and develop cutting-edge event concepts, creative layouts, and unique ideas

for Intellectual Property (IP) generation.

● Lead the creative storytelling, visual themes, and overall promotional direction for live

entertainment events.

2. End-to-End Event Marketing Strategy

● Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans across the entire campaign

lifecycle: pre-launch, sustaining phases, and final execution.

● Design robust digital promotion plans,

strategies to drive engagement and ticket sales/attendees.

3. Platform Management & Ticketing Partners

● Oversee end-to-end listings, ticketing configurations, promotional placements, and

special offers on platforms like BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, and other relevant

ticketing portals.

● Maximize platform visibility and conversion rates through strategic partnerships and

featured listings.

4. Client Management & Sponsorship Handling

● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

● Handle sponsorship relations from pitching to tracking and fulfilling all contractual

marketing deliverables on-ground and digitally.

5. Presentations, Reporting & Analytics

● Build high-impact client decks, pitch presentations, and campaign reports using

PowerPoint/Keynote, and present them confidently to stakeholders.
