Job Description:

Position Overview:
The Campus Manager is responsible for creating a cohesive campus setting, overseeing travel logistics, managing expenses, coordinating events, and ensuring efficient inhouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Campus Management:
- Foster an inclusive campus culture that encourages community engagement, student satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with departments to organize and oversee campus activities, events, and programs that enhance the student experience.
- Maintain the campus infrastructure, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Develop and enforce campus policies and guidelines to ensure a respectful and harmonious environment.

Travel Management:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, faculty, and students, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Negotiate with travel vendors to secure cost-effective solutions while prioritizing quality and comfort.
- Implement a streamlined system for tracking travel plans, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics.

Expense Management:




- Establish and manage an expense tracking system, overseeing budgets, reimbursements, and financial reporting.
- Review and approve expense reports, ensuring accuracy, adherence to policy, and proper documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and recommend resource allocation strategies.

Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various campus events, including workshops, seminars, cultural events, and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event logistics, promotion, and participation.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and assess event effectiveness for future improvements.
- Address and resolve campus-related concerns or issues promptly while maintaining clear communication.
