nWe’re looking for an experienced Sales Assistant / Sales Telecaller to join our remote team.
n

nWhat You’ll Do
n

n• Call and follow up with warm leads from webinars, social media, ads & referrals
n• Understand prospects’ business challenges and goals
n• Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups
n• Present our coaching programs confidently
n• Handle objections and guide prospects through enrollment
n• Achieve monthly sales & enrollment targets
n• Update leads and follow-ups in Google Sheets/CRM
n• Submit daily sales activity reports
n

nWhat We’re Looking For
n

n• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, counseling or customer support




n• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
n• Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
n• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
n• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business
n• Self-motivated, target-oriented and energetic
n• Ability to handle objections and convert interested prospects
