nAbout the Role
nWe’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager — Restaurant Partnerships to take ownership of restaurant acquisition and partnerships for Countr across Hyderabad.
nThis is a field-based B2B sales role focused on building our restaurant network.



You’ll work directly with restaurant owners and decision-makers, understand their current setup, present Countr, handle objections, negotiate partnerships, and drive the sales process through onboarding.
nWe’re looking for someone who already understands the restaurant and food-tech ecosystem and can independently build relationships and close partnerships.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Own restaurant acquisition and partnership growth across Hyderabad
n• Identify and target restaurants, restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, and F&B; businesses
n• Build and manage a solid pipeline of restaurant prospects
n• Meet restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers in person
n• Understand their current ordering, delivery, and food-platform setup
n• Present Countr and demonstrate its value to restaurant businesses
n• Handle sales objections, commercial discussions, and negotiations
n• Close restaurant partnerships and drive successful onboa
