Job Description
1. Accounting & Financial Operations
nLead end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
nDrive timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure alongwith Audits including Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Cost Audits of Group Cos.
nOversee general ledger, reconciliations, provisions, accruals and accounting controls.
nEnsure accounting practices are aligned with IND AS and applicable statutory requirements.
nEnsure Master Data Accuracy and Completeness with control
n2. Consolidation & Financial Reporting
nManage consolidation of financial information across entities/business units.
nEnsure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
nSupport statutory reporting requirements and coordination for audits.
nStrengthen controls around financial reporting and closure.
n3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
nDrive Tax Planning and Tax Optimization Initiatives
nOversee direct and indirect taxation activities and ensure timely compliance.




nMonitor statutory and taxation payments, filings and reconciliations with zero Tax Leakages.
nCoordinate with internal teams, auditors and external consultants for taxation and compliance matters.
nEnsure proper documentation and closure of tax-related observations.
n4. Material and Assets Accounting in Multi-Location Manufacturing Plants
nStrengthen product accounting and ensure accurate accounting of manufacturing-related transactions.
nReview accounting implications relating to inventory, costing and product-level transactions.
nPartner with relevant business and finance teams to improve financial accuracy and controls.
nReview Material and Assets Accounting in Plants and related matters incl. verification etc.
nSupervise Accounts Payable and Related MSME, GST and TDS Compliances
