Key Skills & Responsibilities of Associate Manager - Programmatic -

• Manage daily pacing updates and monitor campaign delivery against planned budgets and targets.

• Maintain and update weekly performance trackers to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Manage Prisma actualization and invoice-related activities, ensuring campaign and billing data is accurate.

• Perform campaign setup based on approved media plans and campaign requirements.

• Conduct QA for recent campaigns, budget changes, creative changes, and other campaign modifications.

• Mid-month and end-of-month (EOM) pacing updates.

• Generate and maintain campaign taxonomy and placement details.

• Create and maintain trafficking sheets for campaign tracking and documentation.

• Perform Prisma vs. Flowchart updates and reconciliation to ensure consistency between campaign and media planning data.

• Identify discrepancies in campaign setup, pacing, performance, or billing data and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Ensure campaign-related data and documentation are accurate, updated,



and maintained within defined timelines.

• Monitor and optimize programmatic campaigns based on performance, pacing, audience, inventory, bid strategy, and other key campaign metrics to achieve campaign KPIs and delivery goals.

• Hands-on experience with major DSPs, including DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Amazon DSP, and Yahoo DSP, with the ability to execute campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting across these platforms.

• Any graduate/B.E/B.Tech/MBA

• 2 -4 years’ experience in Online media and Programmatic

• Experience working on DSP platforms like DBM, MediaMath, Appnexus etc- will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Ad serving technologies, analytical tools like GA and Omniture 2-4 years’ experience in this domain
