We are looking for an Interior Designer & Business Development Executive who combines creative design ability with strong client-facing and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Interior Design & Client Solutions
Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, preferences and budget. Develop furniture and interior concepts based on client requirements. Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards and basic design presentations. Create furniture concepts and recommend suitable materials, finishes, fabrics and detailing.



Coordinate with the design and production teams to convert concepts into manufacturable products. Take site measurements and conduct site visits when required. Prepare quotations and design proposals in coordination with the commercial team. Ensure designs are aligned with House of Slate's premium brand standards. 2. Business Development & Sales
Generate new business through direct client meetings, referrals, architects, interior designers, contractors and other skilled networks. Develop and maintain relationships with architects and interior designers. Identify residential and commercial interior projects requiring customized furniture. Present House of Slate's furniture collections, materials, finishes and customization capabilities to prospective clients. Conduct showroom and client presentations. Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals and convert them into confirmed orders. Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and prospective projects. 3. Documentation & Reporting
