US Sourcing Specialist (Non IT/Engineering/Manufacturing)
We are looking for US Sourcing Specialists / Recruiters with experience in non-IT hiring, particularly across Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or other technical domains.
Key requirements:
Experience in US recruitment/sourcing Robust exposure to Engineering or Manufacturing hiring Candidates from non-IT recruitment backgrounds are highly preferred Hands-on experience with sourcing through Linked In, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels Good understanding of the US recruitment market and candidate mapping Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
