About the Role
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Administrator with prior experience in the Hotel, Hospitality or Guest Relations industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, guest house management, vendor coordination, facility upkeep, housekeeping supervision, travel and accommodation arrangements, and employee support services.



This role requires a professional who can bring hospitality standards into a corporate setting, ensuring a seamless experience for employees, visitors, senior management, and external guests.

Responsibilities
Facility & Office Administration
Ensure smooth day-to-day administration of office premises and related facilities. Monitor housekeeping, office maintenance, and overall workplace hygiene standards. Coordinate repair and maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure office infrastructure, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and common spaces are maintained to high standards. Guest House & Hospitality Management
Manage company's office & guest houses, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and exceptional hospitality standards. Coordinate accommodation arrangements for visitors, consultants, and employees. Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly. Oversee housekeeping schedules and service quality at guest house
