Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Technical Lead

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to lead the technical design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a solid hands-on technical leader who can independently own technical deliverables, guide development teams, work closely with architects and business stakeholders, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams. Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.



Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns. Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to define architecture and implementation approaches. Conduct technical design and code reviews to ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce standard functionality and minimize unnecessary customization. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including governor-limit management, security, sharing, performance, and data architecture. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical, integration, and production issues. Support deployment, release management, CI/CD, and Salesforce Dev Ops processes.
