nThe Advantages Support Specialist - L1T / L2 independently manages benefit administration activities, including provider outreach, claim support processes, documentation review, and workflow management in US insurance. This role handles more complex scenarios, supports process improvement eAorts, and serves as a resource for less experienced team members.
nKey Responsibilities

- Process complex benefit administration on activities with minimal supervisionn
- Review claim documentation and determine appropriate next stepsn
- Contact providers and other stakeholders to obtain required informationn
- Manage follow-up activities and resolve outstanding requestsn
- Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service-level standardsn
- Identify and resolve processing exceptionsn
- Maintain accurate and complete documentationn
- Support multiple product lines and workflowsn
- Assist with training, coaching, and knowledge sharingn




- Escalate issues or exception to leadership when neededn
- Recommend process improvements and eAiciency opportunities.n

nQualifications

- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent work experiencen
- Experience in contact center operations within disability, leave administration,n
- insurance, claims processing, healthcare operations domain including voicen
- experience.n
- Experience working with productivity and quality performance metricsn
- Experience handling provider outreach or benefit-related support activitiesn
