CTC – Up to *₹24 LPA* (Hike Given Basis Last Drawn CTC) + Sales Incentives + Mediclaim & Other Perks

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Minimum *5 to 10 years of Sourcing Experience in SOBO Market Real Estate (Mandatory)* Strong experience in *Luxury Residential Sales with Tier 1 Real Estate Developers* Candidates from *CP / Mandate Firms will not be considered* Strong expertise in *Channel Partner Management & Broker Network Development* Proven track record of generating business through channel partners and broker relationships Solid understanding of premium residential markets and luxury customer segments Graduation is Mandatory Excellent Command Over English is Mandatory *Key Responsibilities:*

Build, develop,



and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners across SOBO markets. Generate qualified leads through effective channel partner relationships and broker networks. Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and engagement activities to strengthen partnerships. Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand business opportunities. Manage existing channel partners and ensure consistent business contribution. _*Sales Coordination & Conversion Support:*_
Work closely with internal sales teams to ensure effective conversion of sourced leads into bookings. Track lead pipeline, sourcing performance, conversion ratios, and business outcomes. Support prospects through various stages of the sales cycle, including meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closure. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, customer queries, and post-sales support. _*_Market Engagement & Business Development:*_
