Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer – Python with strong experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing robust APIs, microservices, real-time systems, and production-grade backend services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices. Implement real-time communication systems using Web Sockets. Design reliable and high-performance backend architectures. Work with SQL/No SQL databases and caching systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production systems. Implement monitoring and performance-tuning strategies. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code. Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams for end-to-end product delivery.



Contribute to system design and distributed systems initiatives. Required Qualifications
6+ years of software engineering/backend development experience. Strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and microservices. Strong understanding of Web Sockets and real-time backend integrations. Experience with SQL/No SQL databases and caching mechanisms. Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals. Experience building scalable and highly available backend applications. Solid debugging, performance optimization, and production-support skills. Good understanding of software development, testing, and engineering best practices. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on large-scale, high-availability backend systems. Experience with cloud-based backend architectures. Exposure to performance optimization and monitoring of production services.
