nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing design team.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong interest in residential design, good design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into well-resolved drawings and presentations.
nKey Responsibilities

- Assist in developing concepts, layouts, mood boards and design presentationsn
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawingsn
- Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations and detailed drawingsn
- Coordinate with senior architects, designers, consultants and vendorsn




- Assist with material selections, specifications and BOQsn
- Coordinate design requirements with the site/execution teamn
- Attend site visits and assist with resolving design and technical issuesn
- Prepare presentations and client-facing design materialn
- Ensure drawings and design documentation are accurate and up to daten
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and coordinating deliverablesn

nSkills Required

- Strong understanding of architecture and interior design fundamentalsn
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCADn
- Proficiency in SketchUp / 3D software is preferredn
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator is an advantagen
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, finishes and detailingn
- Strong visualisation and presentation skillsn
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precisionn
- Good communication and coordination skillsn
- Ability to work independently as w
