nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage application deployments within a large financial institution in Bangalore.
nThe selected candidate will initially undergo 2 to 3 months of training at the Mumbai office and will subsequently be deployed onsite at the customer location in Bangalore. The role requires flexibility to work according to the customer's schedule, which may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
nKey Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Windows Servers, APIs, mobile operating systems, and product-related issues.n
- Deploy, configure, and upgrade .NET applications, Angular applications, and APIs using IIS.n
- Manage software deployments, service releases, patches, customizations, and application upgrades.n




- Troubleshoot production issues involving IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, APIs, Angular applications, SSL certificates, and networking.n
- Perform onsite customer visits when required.n
- Take ownership of reported issues and ensure timely resolution.n
- Provide support through phone, email, and remote-access channels.n
- Ensure strict adherence to defined response and resolution SLAs.n
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.n

nRequired Skills and Experience

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.n
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server.n
- Experience deploying and upgrading .NET applications on IIS.n
- Robust troubleshooting capabilities across IIS, APIs, Angular applications, and SQL Server.n
- Knowledge of SSL certificates, DNS configuration, and SSL-related troubleshooting.n
- Understanding of networking concepts, inc
