nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with solid expertise in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and solution design.
nLocation: Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce solution design and technical architecture in collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects and technology teams.n
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.n
- Break down user stories into technical tasks, provide estimates and support sprint planning.n
- Configure and develop Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).n
- Work on Marketing Cloud Automations, Journeys and Data Extensions.n
- Design and support robust REST/JSON API and middleware integrations.n
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce secure coding and platform standards.n




- Contribute to CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes.n
- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance concerns and production incidents.n
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, configuration and integration details.n
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and cross-team collaboration.n
- Support data quality, platform governance, GDPR and information security compliance.n
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.n
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and technologies, including Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.n
