nAbout the Role
nKadkraft Systems Private Limited is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team at our Mohali office. The candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on working knowledge of Tally.
nThe role will involve day-to-day accounting, maintaining financial records, reconciliations and supporting the team in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
nKey Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tallyn
- Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, payment and journal entriesn
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documentationn
- Perform bank reconciliationsn
- Reconcile customer and vendor accountsn
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable recordsn
- Assist in GST and TDS related documentation and compliancen
- Maintain inventory-related accounting recordsn




- Follow up and maintain records of outstanding customer paymentsn
- Support month-end accounting and preparation of financial reportsn
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting recordsn
- Assist the Accounts team with statutory compliance and other routine financial activitiesn

nCandidate Requirements

- B.Com graduaten
- 1-3 years of accounting experiencen
- Good hands-on knowledge of Tallyn
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDSn
- Working knowledge of MS Exceln
- Good understanding of basic accounting principlesn
- Familiarity with invoicing, ledger accounting and bank reconciliationn
- Good attention to detail and accuracyn
- Ability to maintain proper records and documentationn
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned accounting activitiesn
