nKey Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Adsn
- Manage daily campaign operations, including budget pacing, bid adjustments, and performance monitoringn
- Take full ownership of campaign optimization to improve CPL, CTR, and conversion ratesn
- Build and maintain weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboardsn
- Ensure accurate tracking implementation via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixelsn
- Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend optimizationsn
- Coordinate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and messagingn
- Maintain account hygiene (naming conventions, structure, tracking consistency, etc.)n

nRequirements

- n
- 4yrs+ of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Median
- Proven experience in managing live campaignsn
- Hands-on experience with:n
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)n




- LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaign experience preferred)n
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)n
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns will be plus (especially B2B)n
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance improvementn
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setupsn
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from datan
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skillsn
