- Must have prior overseas/onsite experience (USA / UK/ Europe / Middle East) or someone open to relocate from overseas.n

nResponsibilities

- Coordinate and manage teams working across offshore-onshore models, focusing on seamless collaborationn
- Facilitate understanding and implementation of Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications, Kafka architectures and APIsn
- Analyze sprint data to identify risks and ensure alignment with sprint goalsn
- Remove impediments or guide teams to resolve challenges via coordination and strategic thinkingn
- Assist with internal communication,



improve transparency and drive information sharingn
- Contribute towards the enhancement of Agile practices within the organizationn
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes and conflict resolutionn
- Manage and coordinate release/versioning processes effectivelyn
- Support technical navigation of EDM end-to-end implementationsn

nQualifications

- n
- 15 to 18 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in Delivery Management and handling Fixed Budget Projectsn
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferredn

nRequired Skills

- Background in playing the Technical Delivery Management role for at least 4 years in software development teamsn
- Expertise in .NET/Java technologies and Microservices architecture, Java Spring Boot applications and Kafka architecturesn
