nRole Purpose
nWe are looking for accomplished Sales Managers to represent Sumadhura's premium and luxury residential portfolio in East Bangalore.
nThis role requires someone who understands that selling a luxury home is not a transactional process. The Sales Manager must be able to understand the customer's lifestyle, aspirations, investment considerations and decision-making dynamics, and translate the project's design, location, product quality and overall experience into a compelling proposition.




nThe successful candidate will combine solid sales discipline with sophisticated customer engagement and the ability to build trust with discerning homebuyers.

- Own the complete customer journey from qualified enquiry and site visit through negotiation, closure and booking.n
- Engage affluent and high-net-worth customers with confidence, maturity and professionalism.n
- Conduct high-quality project presentations covering the brand, location, architecture, design philosophy, residences, amenities, specifications and overall lifestyle proposition.n
- Understand customer requirements beyond configuration and budget—including lifestyle, family needs, aspirations, investment objectives and competitive alternatives.n
- Position Elysium and Solace effectively against competing premium and luxury projects in Bengaluru.n
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and nurture longer sales cycles without excessive transactional follow-up.n
