nWe're looking for a Game Designer who can build with us the next hybrid casual puzzle hit.
nWhat You'll Do

- Analyze top-charting hybrid-casual and puzzle titles to source and validate current mechanicsn
- Design and prototype hybrid-casual & puzzle mechanics from concept through to a playable buildn
- Develop concepts with solid fundamentals - goal, fail condition, depthn
- Own level design end-to-end across a full progression curven
- Collaborate directly with our developer and artist to get concepts into testing quickly, iterating on internal and external playtest feedbackn
- Review game feel - flow, pacing, sound, the details that mattern

nWhat We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of mobile puzzle game design experience,



with real ownership of a shipped title's level designn
- Widely played mobile gamer, able to clearly articulate what's strong or weak about the design of games.n
- Strong ideation instincts - you think market, not just mechanicsn
- Proven level design ability - balanced, well-paced, intentionaln
- Genuine passion for playing and deconstructing gamesn
- Sharp eye for game feel and attention to detailn
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analysis skills.n
- A team player who communicates clearly and moves fastn
