nRole Summary:
nThe Program Manager oversees daily clinic operations, drives revenue growth, and ensures high-quality patient care. You will manage clinic staff, optimize workflows, and hit financial and operational targets.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Day-to-Day Operations:

- Manage daily clinic workflows to ensure smooth patient flow and short wait times.n
- Oversee facility maintenance, medical equipment upkeep, and inventory management.n
- Solve operational bottlenecks quickly to keep staff and patients satisfied.n
- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and medical regulations.n

n2. Revenue & Financial Management:

- n
- Monitor clinic budgets, track daily revenues, and control operational costs.n
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through service expansion or patient volume.n
- Oversee medical billing, insurance claims, and debt recovery processes.n
- Review financial reports weekly and monthly to meet profit goals.n

n3. Staff Leadership & Training:

- Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, nurses, and administrative personnel.n
- Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular reviews.n
- Create staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.n

n4. Patient Experience & Quality:

- Handle patient feedback, resolve complaints, and improve satisfaction scores.n
- Implement quality standards for medical and non-medical services.n

nRequirements & Qualifications:

- n
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).n
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or medical practice administration.n
- Skills: Solid knowledge of medical billing, financial budgeting, and staff leadership.n
- Software: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and clinic management software.
