Job Title: DGM/GM – Business Development (BPO Services) Location: Noida Experience: 15+ Years Industry: BPO / KPO Job Overview- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development leader to drive business growth and new client acquisition for our BPO/KPO business. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of Business Development experience, preferably within the Domestic BPO industry, with a strong track record of acquiring new business, developing large accounts, and building long-term client relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of sales, collections, and contact centre processes, along with the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities- • Lead business development initiatives for the BPO/KPO business, with a strong focus on new client acquisition. • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across relevant domestic BPO segments.



• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, business heads, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. • Develop and manage a solid pipeline of prospective clients and large accounts. • Drive the complete business development cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal, negotiation, closure, and transition. • Develop and execute GTM strategies to expand the organization's presence across target markets and customer segments. • Identify opportunities across domestic customer support, sales, collections, contact centre, and other BPO processes. • Lead client presentations, solution discussions, commercial negotiations, and deal closures. • Work closely with internal operations, solutioning, finance, and delivery teams to develop customized proposals aligned with client requirements. • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic accounts, and ex
